OraculG

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information OraculG collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you when using the web app.

Effective September 4, 2026

OraculG is an administrative workspace for managing tasks, users, and operational workflows. This policy applies to information processed through the OraculG web app.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an OraculG account with email and password.

Google sign-in information: when you choose Google authentication, we receive the profile information Google makes available, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We do not receive your Google password.

Workspace information: tasks, user records, and other operational content that you or an authorized administrator adds to OraculG.

Technical information: basic request, device, and error information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provide the OraculG workspace, manage permissions, and keep your data associated with the correct administrator.

We may use technical information to prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, maintain reliability, and improve the service.

We do not sell personal information or use account information for unrelated advertising profiles.

Google authentication

If you use Google sign-in, authentication is handled through Google OAuth and the information Google shares with OraculG is used to create or access your OraculG account.

Your use of Google authentication is also subject to Google's privacy policy and terms. You can revoke OraculG's access from your Google account settings.

Cookies and sessions

OraculG uses authentication cookies and session tokens to keep you signed in and to protect requests made to the workspace. These cookies are necessary for authenticated features.

You can block cookies in your browser, but doing so may prevent sign-in and access to protected workspace features.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only when needed to operate OraculG, authenticate users, protect the service, comply with applicable law, or respond to a valid legal process.

Authentication providers, hosting providers, database providers, and other service providers may process information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain account and workspace information for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated sessions and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and operational requirements.

To make a privacy request, contact the OraculG administrator through the support channel where you received access to the application. We may ask for information needed to verify your request.

Children's privacy

OraculG is intended for business and administrative use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as OraculG changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
